1. Who we are
Relyx is operated by Augugliaro Studio Works, a sole proprietorship based in Zurich, Switzerland.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal data when you visit our website, create an account, use the Relyx application, subscribe to paid services, sign up for marketing communications, or otherwise interact with us.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- the Relyx marketing website;
- the Relyx application;
- our communications with users, prospects, and customers;
- our sign-up, login, billing, analytics, support, and product improvement activities.
This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party websites, services, or platforms that we do not control, even if they are linked from our service.
3. Who Relyx is for
Relyx is intended for coaches, staff, and other users who are at least 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.
If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.
You may not use Relyx if you are under the minimum age required by applicable law in your place of residence.
4. What data we collect
Depending on how you use Relyx, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
A. Account and profile data
- name
- email address
- authentication-related data provided through our authentication provider
- account preferences and settings
B. Team, season, and practice data
- season names
- team age group information (for example, U14)
- drills, practice plans, notes, ratings, tags, and related content you create or upload
- internal usage metadata associated with your content and activity inside the service
C. Transaction and billing-related data
We do not typically store your full payment card details ourselves. Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record / authorized reseller for purchases made through the checkout flow.
We may receive limited transaction-related information such as:
- purchase status
- subscription status
- product or plan purchased
- country and tax-related transaction details
- billing identifiers needed for support, invoicing, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, and compliance
D. Website, device, and usage data
- IP address or approximate location derived from IP
- browser type, device type, operating system, and technical identifiers
- pages viewed, app screens used, clicks, events, session data, referral URLs, and approximate timestamps
- cookie, SDK, and analytics identifiers
- analytics and product-usage information
- session replay or similar behavioral diagnostics data, where enabled
E. Marketing and communications data
- email address and sign-up details for newsletters or product updates
- records of communications, support requests, and replies
- your preferences regarding marketing communications
F. Information from third parties
We may receive information from service providers and third-party tools we use for authentication, billing, analytics, email delivery, and product operations.
5. What you should not upload
Relyx is designed primarily for team and practice planning. It is not intended to function as a player dossier or sensitive data system.
You should not upload or enter into Relyx unless strictly necessary and lawful:
- full player names or direct contact details;
- sensitive personal data, including health, injury, medical, biometric, or government ID information;
- personal data about children that you do not have a lawful right to process;
- any information you are not authorized to use or share.
If you choose to enter personal data about other people into notes or other free-text fields, you are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate lawful basis, permission, and any required notices or consents under applicable law.
6. How we use personal data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
A. To provide and operate Relyx
Including to:
- create and manage accounts;
- authenticate users and secure access;
- save practices, drills, and related content;
- provide app features and customer support;
- maintain the website and application.
B. To process purchases and subscriptions
Including to:
- enable checkout and subscription management through Paddle;
- verify transactions;
- provide receipts, invoices, and purchase support;
- detect fraud, abuse, or suspicious transactions;
- comply with financial, tax, and accounting obligations.
C. To communicate with you
Including to:
- send service-related emails, transactional notices, and support communications;
- respond to requests and questions;
- send newsletters or product updates where permitted by law or where you have subscribed.
D. To improve, analyze, and develop the service
Including to:
- understand usage patterns and feature adoption;
- debug, test, secure, and maintain the product;
- analyze performance, behavior, and usability;
- use analytics and session replay tools to understand how users interact with the website and application, diagnose issues, and improve the service;
- improve our drills, recommendations, workflows, and product experience;
- develop and improve practice-generation and related product features using aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data.
E. To comply with law and protect rights

- comply with legal obligations;
- enforce our terms and policies;
- investigate misuse, fraud, security incidents, or violations;
- protect our rights, users, and service.
7. AI and product-improvement features
Relyx may offer features that use automated systems or AI-assisted tools to help generate or suggest drills and practice content.
These features may use inputs such as:
- the type of practice you request;
- drills available in your library;
- prior practice content and structure;
- ratings or feedback associated with past practices;
- related configuration data needed to produce a useful output.
We may also use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified service data to improve our products and features, including practice-generation tools.
We do not use identifiable User Content to train third-party AI models, and we do not share identifiable User Content with third-party model providers for their own model-training purposes.
If we materially change how we use customer content for AI-related training or model improvement, we will update this policy and, where required, provide additional notice or obtain consent.
8. Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or similar rules apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the context:
- performance of a contract, including providing the service you requested;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- our legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, improving, supporting, and analyzing the service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- your consent, where required, including for certain marketing and cookies or similar technologies.
9. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to:
- keep the site and app functioning;
- remember preferences;
- analyze traffic and usage;
- understand campaign performance;
- support security and fraud prevention;
- support marketing or advertising activities where applicable.
We may use analytics and product tools such as PostHog and Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our website and application.
Where enabled, we may also use session replay or similar diagnostic tools, including through PostHog, to help us understand product behavior, troubleshoot issues, and improve the user experience. Session replay tools may record information about how you interact with pages or screens, though we aim to configure such tools in a privacy-conscious manner.
Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before placing or using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie banner or preference center.
10. Marketing communications
We may send you marketing emails where you have subscribed, where permitted by law, or where we have another lawful basis to do so.
You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at privacy@relyx.app.
Operational, transactional, billing, security, and account messages are not marketing communications.
11. When we share personal data
We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Authentication and account providers, including Clerk, to create, manage, and secure user accounts;
- Payment and billing providers, including Paddle, which acts as merchant of record / authorized reseller for checkout transactions;
- Analytics and product intelligence providers, including PostHog and Google Analytics, to help us understand usage, measure performance, diagnose issues, use session replay where enabled, improve the service, and evaluate product adoption;
- Email and communications providers, including Infomaniak, to send and receive operational, legal, billing, marketing, and support-related communications;
- Hosting, infrastructure, and database providers that help us host, operate, secure, and maintain the website, application, and related systems;
- AI and automation providers used to deliver product features;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel;
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service;
- a buyer, investor, successor, or transaction counterparty in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.
We do not sell personal data as that term is commonly understood, and we do not share personal data in exchange for monetary consideration.
If our use of advertising or tracking technologies ever brings us within the scope of laws that define “sale,” “sharing,” or similar concepts more broadly, we will provide any rights and notices required by those laws.
12. International data transfers
We may process or make data accessible in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and other countries where our service providers operate.
Where personal data is transferred outside Switzerland, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom to a country that does not benefit from an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with the Swiss and UK addenda where relevant) or, where the recipient is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (including the Swiss-US and UK extensions).

13. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate business and security records.

- account and service data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter;
- inactive accounts may be deleted or anonymized after a prolonged period of inactivity;
- analytics, session replay, and related diagnostics data may be retained according to the settings of the relevant tools and our internal retention choices;
- transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law;
- backup copies may persist for a limited time before being overwritten.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, taking into account the nature of the data and the risks involved.
No method of transmission, storage, or security control is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may have rights such as the right to:

For example, your use of payments may also be subject to Paddle’s buyer-facing terms and privacy practices, and your use of authentication may involve our identity provider.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the date above, posting a notice on the website or in the app, or using other appropriate means.
Your continued use of Relyx after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to applicable law.
